Much of this fragment is inauthentic. Burnet and Robinson both think some of this thought is Heraclitean, while others reject it entirely.  Most who reject it see it as a paraphrase of B17. Burnet gives this translation: "They are estranged from that with which they have most constant intercourse," and Robinson translates the same part of the Greek fragment.
